Surgery

At this moment, for the first time in my life I am having surgery.  Granted, it’s just oral surgery as the surgeon is removing my four wisdom teeth.  I am a bit nervous because I have never been put to sleep and secondly, I know someone who woke up during their wisdom tooth removal and it was horrible for them.  I ask you to pray for God to grant me peace.  I know it’s a minor surgery but having never been put to sleep before and operated on is a bit alarming.  Plus I am already nervous around dentists!

That said, give me a few days on the blog.  I will be out of it today and tomorrow.  I hope to blog some this weekend if I am able.

Until then, Dei gratia!

  2. Thank you. He was. I am recovering smoothly.

  3. I had that operation about 20 years ago — it was great. I had it for FREE on our wonderful NHS ( I had to get that in) and woke up pleasantly woozy. Since then, I have had so trouble with those pesky wisdom teeth out of the way.

I hope that your op was equally, if not more, successful

    • It was not bad. Still a little sore but getting better with each hour that passes by. I have enjoyed the rest while recovering.
